The Adrenaline High base camp is located at 107 Morris Mill Rd., Salisbury, Maryland. 

We have an apartment we call the loft on the third floor of our home.  The apartment has its own entrance and has a double futon and sofa on one end, which is set up like a living room with a gas log fireplace and TV.  The other end is set up like a bedroom with a queen size bed. In between the two areas is a kitchenette and a full bath. 

The loft is very cozy and rustic and you feel like you have escaped and are on your own. While you are at base camp you can sit around our fire and relax after your bike ride or  kayak trip.  Often my wife cooks up a wonderful dinner which is often served in our dining room.
